Disappointing Twist
Well, we are hugely disappointed by the drama for showing Meerab to be confused and not saying no to Rohail. Are we saying that revenge makes you blind, that Murtasim’s kindness is going to be wasted, or that Merab is so naive that she is unable to understand the meaning of loyalty and respect in a relationship? Like Merab said, she could be anything but not bud-kirdaar. So even though she hasn’t done anything questionable with Rohail, but just entertaining him is a sign of disloyalty.
Merab’s adopted parents refuse to learn or listen to her. Maybe the mother should have sat down with Meerab, asked her what is going on and comforted her, instead of giving her an ultimatum of not visiting her place just to meet Rohail. Merab desperately needs a friend. Someone she can talk to…

Murtasim jee, aap to chah gaye. First you defended Meerab before everyone. Then you made sure you keep your self-respect by returning the contract to Meerab after taping it together again. Loved that scene.
Conditioned Expectations
Poor Maa Begum, even after discovering the contract, she is still hopeful about a grandson. The drama is representative of the caged mentality of most families how, every time they mentioned the baby, they, from habit, or hope, mentioned: “boy and Waris”.
Well we just wonder how Rohail is planning to prove his love for Meerab. We hope it’s not by showing her that white board… ahem ahem.
