Aneesa and Ramis are working as a team to uncover the truth and it’s good to see the script giving us credible twists, so that Aneesa’s clues and successive follow ups have logic to support them. It is good to know that the audience’s intelligence and detective powers are not undermined!

Aneesa’s mom is shocked at what she didn’t know about her husband, but we are wondering why Mir Jalal does not want Aneesa to meet her birth mother. It was interesting how the issue of interfaith marriage was subtly inserted into the narrative. We hope to see more on this in future episodes.
