Sajal also made her debut in Bollywood’s crime thriller Mom alongside Sridevi (late) in 2019. She recently won International Icon award at DIAFA for her contribution to film and TV. Now she’s spinning us a total surprise with her upcoming projects & the internet’s been right viral about the news!
The Romantic comedy film ‘What’s Love Got To Do With It’ is shot under the banner of Instinct Productions. The Rom-Com includes popular British celebrities Emma Thompson, Lily James and Shahzad Latif. It’s currently being shot in London, confirmed Sajal’s agent Hamid Hussain.
The movie will be directed by Indian filmmaker Shekhar Kapur, who’s famous for making Bandit Queen, Elizabeth: The Golden Age & many more widely acclaimed films!
The movie is set between London and South Asia, exploring cross-cultural conflicts of love and marriage.
The release date hasn’t been announced yet … but don’t worry, we’re on it!
