While Shehereyar Munawar’s directorial debut couldn’t kick off with more aplomb – after all, it is THE Mahira Khan here, he posted on social media to share the anticipation, and excitement of course!
The Short Film releases on August 6th on See Prime – a channel that’s commanding quite a reputation for putting out meaningful content and pioneering a short film screening fest in Pakistan.
Mahira Khan posted a heartfelt version of herself as she wrote:
“Sherry, I surrendered to your vision and I don’t regret it one bit. I am so so proud of you.. as your friend and as your actor.”
Zahid Ahmed joined in to post a BTS from the sets but all 3 are keeping it close to their hearts as we anticipate a ‘short’ surprise.
The team is keeping the narrative undercover. Now, all we have to do is wait – and let the story unfold very soon.
