Shahenshah was written by none other than Amitabh Bachchan’s wife, Jaya Bachchan herself.

Did you read it in his voice too? It’s okay, we won’t judge! You are not a true Bachchan fan if you don’t know this dialogue, sorry, we don’t make the rules. The film was written by none other than Amitabh Bachchan’s wife, Jaya Bachchan herself. It was released in the ’80s and turned out to be a huge hit at the box office. To date, it is cherished as one of the finest films of the superstar.

2. Don

“Don ki talaash to gyarah mulkoun ki police kar rahi hai, par Don ko pakarna mushkil hee nahi, na mumkin hai.”

Amitabh Bachchan was the one who originally delivered this iconic dialogue in ‘Don’ which was released in 1978.

For all the SRK fans, we are sorry to burst your bubble, but Amitabh Bachchan was the one who originally delivered this iconic dialogue in ‘Don’ which was released in 1978, and it was then also kept in the remake of the film starring Shahrukh Khan.

3. Muhabbatein

“Parampara, Pratishtha, Anushasan, yeh gurukul ke teen stambh hai. Yeh who aadarsh hain jinse hum aapka aanay wala kal banate hain.”

If you are a 90’s kid who loves Bollywood, this movie was your dream come true! It starred three of the biggest stars of Bollywood at that time, Shahrukh Khan, Ashwariya Rai, and of course, the Shahenshah himself, Amitabh Bachchan. The film had everything, from superhit songs to gorgeous shoot locations, thus, it was bound to be a super hit. Also, who can forget the beautiful Gurukul school!

4. Piku

“Insaan ka emotion uske motion ke saath jura hua hai.”

‘Piku’ was the kind of film that made us feel many emotions at once. It depicted a beautiful yet complicated relationship between a father and a daughter. The daughter, who was trying her best to take care of her father, and the father who because of his age had become a difficult person to be around. Though whatever the case may be, they also found it difficult to stay apart from each other. The megastar also received a National award for his brilliant performance in the film!
