It has been 7 years since the brutal APS attack that took around 141 innocent lives. Prayers are not enough. Words are not enough. While we say & do both, perhaps we can channel our energy to better the future for our children.

Here are 5 ways we can truly make a difference.
Wear A Badge
1. Wear a badge & change your profile picture to commemorate the lives lost & pay tribute to the parents who wake up every morning missing their loved ones.
2. This badge will not only serve as a reminder but must be supported by sharing stories of bravery, giving a pledge to support the education of at least one child in our country.
Volunteer
3. Volunteering in our communities, be it at schools, NGOs, or in your neighborhood.
Share Their Stories
4. Sharing stories of survivors & creating awareness about APS Peshawar so that we always pay tribute, in small & big ways to the lives lost.
Remember Their Names
5. Reading out the names of the children & grownups who lost their lives on the day, as a mark of respect to them & their families – they deserve that much. Nations move forward when they attach significance to each & every life lost in vain, when each life matters. We must value what is ours, only then will we teach others to value it as well.
