It’s raining dramas! Feroze Khan and Ushna Shah have paired up for an upcoming drama ‘Habs’ along with Ayesha Omar. By the looks of the teasers, the story promise intensity, mystery, and intrigue! We also saw a glimpse of veteran actress, Saba Faisal.
Basit Salman Khan (Feroze Khan), a rich man we’re assuming, marries Ushna Shah’s character who isn’t as fortunate as him. But the story isn’t as simple as it sounds. What would lead them to get married? While they do share heartening moments, their marriage seems entangled by this weird sense of tension that we’ll only be able to dissect once the drama airs.
We have so many questions. Why did Basit serve divorce papers to Ushna Shah’s character? Why did he propose to Ayesha Omar? Why does he keep reiterating that he wants loyalty in a marriage? We wonder who broke his trust in the past! Good thing we won’t have to wait too long because the first episode comes out tonight!
The story also aptly portrays the struggles of a single mother, Saba Faisal in this case, trying to run a lower-middle-class household along with raising 2 young girls.
‘Habs’ is written by Alia Makdoom and directed by Mussadiq Malik of ‘Bharaas’ and ‘Ghalti.’ He has also worked alongside Nadeem Baig on hit dramas like ‘Meray Pass Tum Ho.’ It is a production of Six Sigma Productions, which is known for its larger-than-life production quality.
