Appreciate the fact that the writer “Qaisra Hayat” made sure Azlaan’s mother was aware of the entire situation. She not only guided Azlaan but was also there for her when he felt alone.
Azlaan’s concern for Azka’s future, about the fear of Zain backing out on his commitment, was done in the signature Azlaan style of wrapping up matters & not leaving any loose ends, but it also won our hearts towards him.
The drama employed the typical last minute iqrar.com twist with Azlaan asking Azka to hear him out just before he is about to sign the divorce papers. But the anticipation & suspense made it worth our while.
The scene between Azka and Azlaan in the room, when Azlaan poured his heart out to her, was sensitively directed and performed.
A beautiful message from Professor Rehman about Ishq-e-Laa – about being Razi in Allah’s marzee.
A big shout out to Azaan Sami Khan for a heart-winning performance, especially when he stops Azka from leaving the room and is about to confess his feelings towards her.
Yumna Zaidi yet again proves her mettle, she is silent, yet her eyes and face speak volumes. She must be appreciated for conveying Azka’s emotions with minimal dialogues, and loads of expression.
