The Sarah Khan starrer upcoming drama Wabaal now has a teaser! We’ll be seeing her alongside the talented Talha Chahour of Jo Bichar Gaye and the much-adored Merub Ali of Sinf e Aahan.
The 35-second teaser is giving away the story yet not giving away the details at the same time. From what we saw, Sarah Khan’s character appears to be faking her real life (shades of Zoya in Chauraha, or an entirely different avatar?) we’re about to find out. She has gone with a fringe and a shorter hairdo to add style to her look. Merub and Sarah seem to be playing sisters in the drama & we are already loving their duo! Talha’s character is still a mystery but we’re guessing (and secretly hoping) he plays Sarah’s love interest in the drama.
It is great to see youth-oriented stories being made, especially ones that may cater to the younger audience that couldn’t connect with stories makers have been putting out previously.
Wabaal has been written by Qaisera Hayat, directed by Amin Iqbal, and produced by Momina Duraid. The cast includes Sarah Khan, Talha Chahour, Merub Ali and others. The drama is set to air on HUM tv.
