10 – House Of The Dragon
House of Dragon is the prequel to Game of Thrones. The premiere had 10 million views and was renewed for a second season less than a week after.
9 – Sinf e Ahan
Sinf e Ahan was an ISPR and Six Sigma Project which was directed by ace director Nadeem Baig and written by the most respected author of her time, Umera Ahmed. It was the first women-based program. It featured top actresses like Yumna Zaidi, Syra Yousaf, Kubra khan, and Ramsha khan, it also introduced two new faces Dananeer and Meerab Ali. This program inspired many young women to join the army.
8 – Quaid – e – azam zindabad
Nabeel and Fiza joree was back with this patriotic film that also featured Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa for the first time. The VFX and action in the film were great. It addressed the issue of corruption and for the first time, it portrayed the police force in a positive light and also presented a policeman who was cool and glamorous.

One of the most anticipated movies of 2022. One of the reasons was Robin Pattison who is famous for his role in Twilight.
6 – London Nahi Jaonga
After the huge success of Punjab Nahi Jaongi people were really looking forward to this film. It starred Humayun Saeed and Mehwish Hayat along with Kubra Khan. The film made more than 50 crores in local and international box offices.
5 – Doctor Strange
As Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was one of the most anticipated movies of 2022, it was expected to beat Batman’s opening box office which it did. The reason for its success was the multiverse which introduced variants of doctor strange, and Wanda becoming the Scarlet Witch which kept the audiences interested.
4 – Thor Love & Thunder
A movie that many were looking forward to however it was a bit disappointing. Many people felt that the romance overtook the action.
3 – Black Adam
The Superman cameo was really cool and as a fan, we are waiting for Superman vs Black Adam. People loved the banter between Hawkman and Black Adam.
2 – Ms. Marvel
Ms marvel was a hit series about a Pakistani American superhero played by Iman Velliani. Two of the episodes were directed by Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy and the show also featured Fawad Khan, Samina Ahmed, Nimra Buccha, and Mehwish Hayat. The most interesting part about it was the representation of Pakistani culture.
1 – The Legend Of Maula Jatt
The Legend of Maula Jatt was inspired by 1979 cult classic Maula Jatt. It was directed by Bilal Lashari and featured Fawad Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Mahira Khan, and Humaima Malik. From the action to the plot and the VFX, everything was great about the movie. It has made more than 230 crores and is the highest-grossing Pakistan film worldwide.
