1. Imran Ashraf as Mureed in Namak Haram
Mureed’s portrayal by Imran Ashraf is intriguing, mysterious yet very well defined. Which makes watching Mureed a completely unique & interesting experience.
2. Sabeena Farooq as Barbeena in Kabli Pulao
What Barbeena really feels for Baraan and then later, running to Haji Sahib out of concern; both feelings were beautifully and sensitively portrayed while balancing the two parallels of emotions running within her.
3. Bilal Abbas Khan As Fazal Baksh in Ishq Murshid
A big shout out to Bilal Abbas Khan for making us smile and keeping us totally engaged in Fazal Baksh. He has made Fazal Baksh simple, somewhat goofy yet clever deep down.
4. Abdullah Farhat Ullah as Baraan in Kabli Pulao
For the first time, we see the excruciating pain Baraan feels as the reality of Haji Mushtaq and Barbeena’s relationship hits him. How he has no other option but to accept this cruel decision of fate. A totally heart breaking and impressive performance by Abdullah Farhat Ullah.
5. Feroze Qadri as Rayyan in Gumn
Feroze’s performance is giving out the right combination of mystery and intrigue in the character and what happened in the past, and how he reached here is mentioned worthy. We have definitely become a fan of Rayyan.
6. Kiran Malik as Natasha in Jaisay Aapki Marzi
Natasha is not coming slow. She knows exactly what she wants and how she wants. It is interesting to see how Kiran Malik has very clearly portrayed this single-minded agenda of Natasha to rule and think only about herself.
7. Malik Raza as Jahan Daad in Jhok Sarkar
As Jahan Dad is cornered and faces his worst fear of abandonment by the feudal of the area, Malik Raza expresses his disbelief and panic with a great performance.
8. Hiba Bukhari as Sassi in Jhok Sarkar
Hiba Bukhari as Sassi holding up the rifle to protect herself definitely played a significant role in strengthening female roles, becoming empowered and protecting themselves. Loved her as our fearless Sassi.
9. Mawra Hocane as Zimal in Neem
Mawra gives a heart-winning performance, giving us exactly what we wanted to see in Zimal’s character and journey. Her subtle yet clear acceptance and liking for Ashhad and finally, her happy ever after ending made us smile.
10. Ameer Gilani as Ashhad in Neem
Ameer Gilani makes Ashhad that unquestionable hero that we all love and root for. His conversation with Zimal on the mountain touches your heart. The way he talks about surprising her on the dining table was so adorable.
