Fari has sacrificed all her dreams, yet even now, she suffers the silence of her loved ones. Nevertheless, we still witness her resilience even in the darkest moments. Discover the three instances in 22 Qadam when people like Fari still send out powerful messages, even when they’re down! Fari soldiers on with a strength that moved us to tears!

It has been six months since Amo got married (after much havoc), Junaid’s accident, and Fari burning away her dreams in 22 Qadam. Amo still refuses to talk to Fari—was her mistake so significant? After all, she did get married, and Fari never intended any harm. Junaid, too, remains bitter and angry towards Fari, but again, was his accident Fari’s fault? He is dwelling in misery, the pain of his shattered dreams and bitterness, he refuses to make an effort or keep hope alive.
Fari has not only bid farewell to her dreams but is also reduced to a solemn, quiet and dull version of herself, staying busy with chores at home, and taking care of her parents. Her father, now suffering from dementia, adds another layer of pain that Fari has to endure. She spends her days mopping, washing clothes, making breakfast, kneading dough, cleaning the house, all in an attempt to fill the void left by Amo. She also never misses checking on Junaid from a distance, and repeating the cycle.
Fari’s Darkest Moments
She has lost the spark, the fiery spirit, the hope, and the cheerfulness that we knew and loved her for. She has already given up on her dreams and, in the process, lost herself. How big of a price is that? In a truly emotional episode of 22 Qadam, audiences wish for the return of the cheery, chirpy Fari, the smiling, passionate and hardworking Junaid, and for the sisters to unite, playing as Raghra 11. But even in these darkest moments of her life, she remains resilient—not giving up on her loved ones.
Despite the fact that her biggest dream has literally landed right in her lap, the most significant opportunity she could receive, Fari is so broken and in despair that she doesn’t dare accept Fate’s gift to her.
Yet, it is people like Fari, who, even in their deepest, darkest moments, show us exactly what they’re made of…tough inside and out.
3 Times We See Fari’s Resilience In Her Darkest Moments
As audiences, we witnessed her burning her dreams and being blamed by those she loves, along with her, we felt a twinge of sorrow and shed a tear but recently these 3 moments made us cheer on Fari, for her resilience in 22 Qadam’s latest episode:
1. Taking Care Of Her Father, Cheering Him Up, Finding New Ways To Heal Him
At present, despite her inner misery, Fari is solely focused on taking care of her father as he suffers from dementia—trying bringing him back, helping him deal with the illness. She cheers him up, doing her best for him not to feel Amber’s absence. She is finding new ways like using music to help him recall precious memories. Though her shattered dreams and Amo’s moving away have left her father broken, Fari is still trying her best to nurse him back to health, pretending to be happy, strong and somewhat cheerful for his sake.
2. Checking Up On Junaid Despite His Bitterness & Refusal To Talk To Her
Even though Junaid has not yet forgiven her, still harboring bitterness and anger, and refusing to meet her, Fari hasn’t given up. Even if he won’t talk to her, see her, or acknowledge her presence, she will simply sit at a distance, asking Liza to update her on his condition. Poetically, she gazes at him, just to make sure she will not leave him. Fari teaches us that showing up is perhaps all you need to do at times, when all else fails, and allow nature to take its course – healing is a process, iot requires patience, time and love … Fari seems to have all three. The strength, persistence, and dedication she is demonstrating are heartening, serving as evidence of her resilience in love and her absence of ego in a time when she is being ignored by her loved ones.
3. Her Heart-breaking Final Attempt To Talk To Her Sister
Even as Amo, her only sister, who hasn’t spoken to her since getting married and has now been distant for 183 days, Fari remains steadfast in her efforts. She has tried calling, texting, and even attempted to speak to her through her mother, but her sister hasn’t budged. Fari is determined to reconcile with her sister or, at the very least, have her acknowledge her existence. She has now resorted to writing a letter to her beloved Amo, and the scenes where she thinks aloud as she composes the letter are emotionally poignant, enough to make one shed a tear for Fari.
We are witnessing a very selfless, giving side of Fari at this moment in the narrative; she has sacrificed everything for the love of her dear ones, even though she wasn’t selfish to begin with (We think so). She was just a dreamer, passionate enough to dream big and committed enough to turn those dreams into reality. However, her loved ones are testing her beyond what seems necessary. Do you think Amo and Junaid should forgive Fari and talk to her?
