The Grammy Awards, the day when the stars shine, bright like a diamond! Whether it’s dresses, ball gowns and suits! This year, even with the COVID situation, there we many ‘wow’ looks. Lets see what they were and if you can spot your fav on our list!
1. Taylor Swift in Oscar De La Renta
Swift pulled off a custom made Oscar de La Renta dress with embroidered press flowers, which gave us all a flowery-fresh breath of spring vibes.
‘Floral Folklore‘ is what ODLR calls it!
2. Dua Lipa in Versace (twice!)
Dua Lipa wore not one, but two, Versace gowns. One at the red carpet and another on stage
Dress no. 1
Dua walked the red carpet in a Versace butterfly bodice dress, seemingly as an ode to Mariah Carrey’s ‘Heartbreaker’ era
Dress no. 2
For her performance, Dua wore a hot-pink Versace ball gown, embellished with sparkles on the belt and small crystals along the skirt.
Shining like a star!
3. Harry Styles in Gucci
When it comes to Harry Styles he always throws a surprise! Whether its funky colors, dresses, dapper suits, everything magically fits him. Like they were made for him and him alone!
This weekend, Harry wore a Gucci suit, paired with a green boa, black shoes and several of his iconic rings, as he claimed the stage to perform a jazzy version of ‘Watermelon Sugar’!
One question: How can he pull it off each time?
4. Meghan Thee Stallion
Dolce and Gabbana were Meghan’s top choice for her Grammy’s debut. The rapper wore a strapless neon orange gown, belted at the waist. She paired it with rhinestones, embellished D&G heels and Chopard jewels.
A truly memorable debut for the books!
5. Jhene Aiko in Monsoori
Talk about a statement entry!
Jhene Aiko graced the Grammy’s red carpet in a pink monochrome Monsoori 2 piece , accessorized with Sydney Evan’s rose quartz jewelry and finished off the look with neutral makeup!
