To help you achieve your health and weight loss goals, our health coach Sujata Din shares five critical mistakes to avoid. By addressing these areas, you’ll be better equipped to maintain a healthy lifestyle and see lasting results

  1. Neglecting Sleep
    Your sleep is very important. Without a good night’s rest, it’s difficult to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. Make sure to prioritize quality sleep.
  2. Ignoring Stress Levels
    Stress has a significant impact on your hormones and can lead to comfort or emotional eating. Managing your stress levels is essential to maintaining a healthy weight.
  3. Insufficient Fibre Intake
    Gut health is crucial on your weight loss journey. Ensure you’re consuming enough fiber by including vegetables, beans, lentils, and whole grains in your diet.
  4. Lack of Protein
    Not getting sufficient protein throughout the day can leave you feeling unsatisfied, causing you to graze and overeat. Make sure to incorporate adequate protein into your meals.
  5. Inconsistency
    Consistency is key. If you’re perfect some days but do nothing on others, it can hinder your progress. Remember, you don’t need to be perfect; you just need to be consistent and see steady progress.

By avoiding these mistakes, you can achieve your weight loss goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Remember, the journey to better health is about making sustainable changes, not striving for perfection.
