1. Dananeer as Roshi in MSM
What a powerful performance by Dananeer. You can see the maturity and depth in her acting in every scene. A character that can first make you laugh, and subsequently cry, is testament of the actor’s talent.
2. Abu Hurairah as Mohid in MSM
This child actor is incredibly talented. The way he rolled his eyes and gave the impression of being sad with Talha is worth mentioning.
3. Ahad Raza Mir as Talha in MSM
Talha’s discomfort at Mohid’s coldness towards Sabika and his attempt to mediate between the two was captured aptly. Not just that, but also when he tries to touch Mohid’s hair and his reaction to Mohid flinching slightly was impressive.
4. Sheheryar Munawar as Rahim in AIJ
An impressive performance which shows Rahim cares, respects and really feels for Aimen. He wants to protect her. Sheheryar Munawar is giving us such good combo of various aspects in one character – Rahim who is trying to protect Aimen, then Rahim who wants to help the family, Rahim who clarifies his feelings to Mahin and then Rahim who tightens the noose around Afia and Shehroze.
5. Faisal Rehman as Asim in Qarz e Jaan
A moving and endearing performance as Asim tries to reach for Bisma’s hand and she moves away. Faisal Rehman’s portrayal of Asim feeling hurt at that time was captured well onscreen.
6. Nameer Khan as Ammar in Qarz e Jaan
Nameer Khan’s depiction of Ammar’s many insecurities and inner demons is so well played. You feel for a character who has committed a crime.
7. Ahsan Khan as Zawar in Dayan
Ahsan Khan is a brilliant character but every time he performs, he wins hearts. Zawar is gentle and caring towards his wife and responsible towards his sisters, but he also carries his own tragedies that life has thrown at him. A great and heart-winning performance.
