Today, we have Mohid from Meem Se Mohabbat for an exclusive interview, aka Abu Hurairah.

If you’re watching Meem Se Mohabbat, then you already know Mohid—a key character who plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between Roshi and Talha. But beyond the screen, the young talent bringing Mohid to life is Abu Hurairah, a rising child actor who’s making his mark in the industry.
Abu Hurairah has recently worked with some of the biggest names, including Sarwat Gilani, Emmad Irfani, Imran Abbas, and Sanam Saeed, in various commercials and plays. However, it’s his powerful portrayal of Mohid, a child suffering from post-trauma depression, that has truly brought him into the spotlight. Today, we have this young star with us—let’s hear what he has to share!
What’s The Most Challenging Part Of Acting For Abu Hurairah?
Memorizing lines!
Abu Huraira
For Abu Hurairah, memorizing lines is the trickiest part of acting—sometimes they just slip away! Thankfully, his mother is always there to help, first explaining the entire scene before he dives into the dialogues. When he got the role of Mohid in Meem Se Mohabbat, his dad casually told him, “There’s a play, and you have to be a traumatized child.” At just seven years old, he didn’t even know what that meant! But curiosity kicked in, and soon, with his mom’s guidance and Ali Hasan’s direction on set, he found his way into the character. And when asked who was better at teaching him? Well, being the smart kid he is, he didn’t pick sides—both were equally great!
How Abu Hurairah Prepared For A Role Without Dialogues?
Expressions! I’m a master at expressions.
Abu Hurairah
Playing Mohid in Meem Se Mohabbat wasn’t just about delivering lines—Abu Hurairah had to rely entirely on expressions! But for him, that wasn’t a problem at all. In fact, he proudly calls himself a master of expressions! With help from his mother and Ali Bhai, he perfected the art of staying serious—no smiling allowed! Even his posture was carefully planned, with specific instructions on how to position his feet and thighs for specific scenes.
Abu Hurairah On Meeting Ahad Raza Mir And Dananeer
I call her Dana Api.
Abu Hurairah
Abu Hurairah shared his fun experience of meeting both Dananeer Mobeen—whom he sweetly calls Dana Api—and Ahad Raza Mir. His first meeting with Dananeer happened through Ali Hasan, who simply told him, “Go meet Rosh.” When he finally met her, he found her to be kind and warm. He shared that they both sing together, but they have to do it away from the set else they might be called out for disrupting the shoot.
He (Ahad) is friendly, he is nice, he is kind and he is cute.
Abu Hurairah
As for Ahad Raza Mir, Abu Hurairah had only good things to say. He plays football with him, where and often wins, revelaed Hurairah. While some might expect a superstar to be distant, he described Ahad as friendly, nice, kind, and even cute!
