Meem Se Mohabbat: Did you cry with Roshi? Did you want to shake Talha and tell him not to do this to himself and Roshi? Did you love the sister bond between Mahi and Roshi? Did Shariq get on your nerves?Because all this happened to us!

Interesting and heartwarming episodes of MSM this week. Well, Sabika must be appreciated for making an effort and trying to accept Mohid, though it might be too late to win Mohid’s heart now. The grandfather can see that all the efforts will probably go in vain as Mohid might have already made up his mind. Also, Mohid has now met Roshi, and nothing can beat Roshi’s warmth and their connection.
Talha and his father sharing the coffee mug was so heart warming, symbolic of how Talha needs his father every step of the way.
Talha’s father should have interfered earlier and spoken more openly with Talha, trying to make him see that his actions are unjust towards himself and for everyone around him. Also, he cannot project his own demons and insecurities on Roshi subconsciously.
Roshi’s Pain
The episode was brilliant in portraying Roshi’s reaction after hearing news of Talha’s marriage to Sabika. The way she gets frustrated at Mahi, then breaks down in her room, opening up her heart and revealing how much Talha’s words had damaged her self esteem – a beautiful and moving performance from Dananeer. Even when she accepts the proposal and turns her back toward everyone so they cannot see her tears was so emotional, showing how girls can be utterly broken inside and yet hold the courage to portray a strong exterior to save their ego and self-respect.
After seeing Roshi completely broken, her spirit damaged, we question if Talha could have been gentler and more respectful in telling her to stop interfering in his life. Will he ever realise the damage he has done and what excruciating pain he has put Roshi through?
Shariq’s Gameplan
Shariq has been successful so far in getting his proposal accepted. We wonder why his mother is fine about Shariq not using his name. Well, he could not get the satisfaction of gloating over his win as Roshi blocked him over the phone. We can’t wait to see what happens when they come face to face?
Mahi’s advice to Roshi was so right, that she should take the decision to marry carefully and not let this one incident rule her emotions and judgement. The drama aptly portrays how girls often sacrifice all they have to save their self-respect and to overcome embarrassment.
Mohid is so emotionally disturbed deep down which was obvious from how he broke the toys and how he was wary and scared of Talha when he tried to touch him. He no longer trusts him.
Mohid and Roshi’s interaction over the iPad where she tells him a story and he goes to sleep was heartwarming. The other two tracks for the time being do not interest us much and seem unnecessary. We wish they had been narrated more engagingly.
Talha is troubled by news of Roshi’s wedding and now it is playing on his mind.
