Here’s what we think of the latest episodes of Dar-e-Nijaat, while the storyline remains engaging, the drama may be taking on a little more than it needs to.

While we are enjoying the complex yet engaging storyline, here’s what could have been better about the episode.
The location in Dar-e-Nijaat is not Boston but Baku.
The nightclub simply had two occupants – Zaryab and Zamil.
Why was Dadi involving Abu Bakr, a complete outsider, in her family’s private affairs?
How could both sets of parents – Zamil’s and Zaryab’s, no matter how modern or liberated they are, be cool about the two of them sharing an apartment in “Boston”?
What was the need to bring Faryal & Shuja’s story into the middle of an already complex storyline when the rest of the plot was all we needed to see?
Dar-e-Nijaat, there’s just so much drama we can handle in an episode. Too much spoils the story and too little makes it boring. Abu Bakr, Zaryab, Zamil & Humna’s tracks, with more to come from Khushbakht, are enough for the time being.
Less is more!
