Actor Feroze Khan and his wife of 4 years, Syeda Aliza filed for divorce on 3rd September and Aliza announced it on her social media on 21st September. In her statement on social media, she expressed that she had to allegedly go through physical and psychological abuse along with infidelity, blackmail, and degradation at the hands of the actor.
The Khaani actor also announced the news, confirming that their divorce was finalized on 3rd September.
Aliza has provided the court with evidence to support her claims of physical abuse. The photos she shared have caused a frenzy on social media, with several celebrities speaking up in support of Aliza.

The Case
Feroze Khan in his statement also revealed that soon after the divorce was finalised, he filed a family law case to acquire custody and visitation rights for his two children Sultan and Fatima. “”As a law-abiding citizen of Pakistan, I have full confidence in the justice of the court,” he added.
Post their announcements, they were spotted outside Karachi court. Three days ago, Feroze Khan was granted visitation rights for his children. He was allowed to meet his children two days a month, however, under strict conditions. The court has asked him to submit his ID card and passport before visiting his children.
In a recent development, pictures of Aliza’s bruised arms and medical reports have started circulating on social media. The pictures and medical reports confirm that she was in fact subjected to physical assault. The pictures circulating stretch across two years.
Feroze Khan issued a statement last night denying all the allegations against him. He also stated that he would be pursuing legal action against the ‘perpetrators.’
“I, Feroze Khan vehemently deny any and all baseless, malicious and untruthful allegations which have been levelled against me and circulating on the social media rumour mill. These allegations have no basis in truth or reality. I fully intend to institute legal proceedings against the perpetrators of the these actions and I have instructed my legal team accordingly.
I would categorically like to state that I have always followed the law in its true letter and spirit and have never knowingly hurt another human being. I very strongly believe in all human rights of every human inhabiting planet earth”
