We are not sure if showing Fajar praying to Allah just before attempting suicide was something that should have been shown on TV. One action which has no maafi & is most disliked by Allah, and facilitating the move towards that, through praying to Allah raises many questions & can, unknowingly, serve as a fatal influence on many who are struggling.
The drama also talks through Safia about the blame for poor parenting when children go astray, especially when girls make a mistake or get involved in inappropriate activities, as always on the mother. No one blames the father.
Why did Saim’s mother hand back such an important letter to the maid? Why does she keep ignoring the accusations against Zafar?
We wish Nasir had spoken to Saim or had not heeded Noor’s advice & proactively done something to protect Fajar.
Why is Fajar’s mom still hiding the truth from Saim even after Fajar’s suicide attempt & how has Saim become so unaware suddenly, to not actively investigate the reason behind Fajar’s suicide, when even Noor inquired if Fajar had opened up to him?
