Ahad Raza Mir is all set to make his Netflix debut with Resident Evil, Variety has confirmed. Details about his characters have not been revealed yet however, the actor posted a poster of the said series on his Instagram handle shortly after the news broke, confirming it further. Resident Evil is based on a video game franchise by Capcom. According to reports, it is a “live-action, scripted series.”
The Netflix series will release on July 18.

Ahad was missing in action after the drama serial Aangan & Dhoop ki Dewar on ZEE5, however, he has been working internationally (now we know on what!) Currently, he is reportedly shooting for a Ramazan special serial ‘Hum Tum’ starring Ramsha Khan.
After Humayun Saeed, Ahad is the second Pakistani actor to star in a Netflix original. This is extraordinary! We are looking forward to watching the series on 18th July. What about you?
