Dada and dado are the only saving grace for a drama plagued by over-the-top comedy and somewhat silly events. Catch up on Kaala Doriya down below.

Our Thoughts
A father slapping his adult son is a big deal. But sadly, the drama completely trivialised this action. Munoo bhai not only made it seem like it’s no big deal but also, Asfi seemed completely unaffected by it. There was no need to show the slap in the first place, it could have just been a scolding or an intense reaction from the father.
Shouldn’t Faraz be more concerned about how his wife is treating his children rather than Asfi? Faraz bhai seems more into the collar and print of his shirt than his wife or kids … do you feel the same?
Cuteness Overload
Dadi with the red flower in her hair, waiting for Dada in the park was so cute despite being a little over the top and won our hearts with her 4 hours long wait for Dada Jee. The dialogues between the two and Dada apologising with an offer to do utthak baithak made us go awww…
It is refreshing to see Samina Ahmed in a different avatar, with a shorter hairdo and colourful shalwar kameez, as well as her attempts to meet her husband secretly.
We wish Asfi and Mahnoor’s scenes didn’t come across as too contrived and were truly comical enough to evoke laughter. However, that has failed to happen so far.
