Naghma Yasmin

Naghma studied in the medical field with a MBBS degree from Sind Medical College Karachi Pakistan and a post graduate Diploma in Dermatology from National University Singapore.

She has been living in Singapore for the last 20 years. She considers the beautiful and calm Singapore her home but keeps a strong connection to her native Pakistan as well. After pursuing an initial career related to her own field, Naghma has joined a career in Special Need Education. She has been in this line working as a Shadow Support Specialist for the last five years and helps children with Learning Disabilities in mainstream schools. This career is a part time career, as it allows her to fulfill her compassion to support the children with special needs, yet also provides Naghma with a flexibility in her routine to pursue her other interests.

Naghma considers herself an adoring mother of two, a socially enthusiast, loves scenic places for vacations , and enjoys playing tennis (albeit at a mediocre level) with friends, looks forward to cycle in East Coast park at her leisure and relishes watching Pakistani drama serials in her free time.
