Thank God Rahim has regained consciousness, and we’re no longer that worried about Aimen. Aimen stealing glances at Rahim is the cutest and most heartwarming sequence in the entire drama. The drama deserves praise for balancing romance and thriller elements so well. But will we see the typical dramatic twist where Aimen creates a misunderstanding, forcing Rahim to leave her after Shehroze’s threats?

The Romantic Interludes
One moment Shehroze is threatening Aimen, and the next, she is looking adoringly at Rahim, stealing glances as if she could never get enough of him. The transition from that stressful scene to this heartwarming one is so smooth that as an audience, we do not feel any discomfort. Instead, we enjoy the moment and have come to expect these shifts in tone.
That adorable scene when Rahim takes Aimen’s picture while she’s crying and tells her she looks cute even when she cries—was truly endearing. It didn’t just make Aimen smile but also melted our hearts. The on-screen chemistry between Sheheryar Munawar and Ushna Shah is exceptional, making their performances more impactful.
Ali Nawaz’s Apprehensions
Ali Nawaz’s complaint to Rahim—that he only stayed because his wife asked him to, and that Rahim’s love for his wife is stronger than his love for his father—felt unnecessary. Instead of feeling insecure, Ali Nawaz should appreciate that his son shares a strong bond with his wife. However, Rahim’s response was also valid—he only stayed because Aimen made him realize that his father’s life could also be in danger.
Surprisingly, Ali Nawaz didn’t instantly reject or dismiss Rahim’s claims when he finally mentioned Shehroze. Instead, he seemed to take it well, even stating that if Rahim could prove his allegations, he would leave the house with him. But how did Afia and Shehroze find out about all this? Ali Nawaz seems to be handling both Rahim and Afia with equal care, giving each of them his support and making it unclear whose side he’s truly on. Is he secretly with Rahim, just playing along to expose Afia’s true face?
Parenting Misses
The first episode highlighted how Shehroze’s childhood trauma stems from his father always giving preference to Rahim over him. This resentment has grown so much that he is now willing to kill Rahim. Although his attempt failed, the drama is doing a great job at weaving human emotions into the storyline.
What we hope NOT to see is Aimen listening to Shehroze, creating a misunderstanding between her and Rahim, and forcing Rahim to leave her. That would be a predictable and disappointing trope.
Meanwhile, Maheen isn’t giving up—she’s still living under the delusion that once Rahim talks to her, everything will be fine.
Rahim’s Detective Work Is Working
Rahim seems to be getting closer to gathering proof against Afia. His team has tracked down the man who shot him in Islamabad and found a photograph of Afia’s right-hand man as well. They are now pursuing him to secure solid evidence against Afia. But can Afia and Shehroze really be underestimated?
