An interesting episode with an unexpected ending as Dilawer comes to Bakhtawar’s rescue by offering her a job as Bakhtu. Wouldn’t it be fun to see Bakhtu falling for Dilawer which reminded us of Mulan – A Chinese folklore where a girl pretends to pose as a man in order to join the army and ends up falling in love with the captain.

We know we maybe jumping the gun but can we expect a love story between Dilawer and Bakhtawar, which also threw us back to the Chinese folklore Mulan (A girl impersonating a man). Or…We know we may be jumping the gun but can we hope to see a love story between Dilawer and Bakhtawar, which also threw us back to the Chinese folklore Mulan (A girl impersonating a man).
Please note: This is not to suggest the drama is a copy of, or will be following an identical story line. It is just a small observation and perhaps, a wish.
The Story Keeps Getting Better
Bakhtawar’s story turns more real and heart winning thanks to the portrayal of a girl who’s trying hard to survive and be brave, but is also terrified of the events and threats surrounding her. The fluctuating emotions of strength and weakness make Bakhtawar a winner and maybe someone who’s inspiring for many.
Dilawer has his own demons to fight as his father does not let go of any opportunity whereby he can use Dilawer for his political gains.
We are so happy to see the drama showing Bakhtawar gaining a college admission and not abandoning her education. The smile on Bakhtawar’s face and the dreams reflected in her eyes were just so endearing.
Daily Struggles And Challenges
Tony harassing Bakhtawar portrays how men and young boys are also vulnerable in everyday life. The drama highlights the struggles and challenges faced by people – men and women alike, who have no financial strengths or influence to support themselves, only their helplessness that drives them to seek work and attempt to survive.
