The 75th Cannes Film Festival has officially started on Tuesday, 14th May, which means we’ll get to see some gorgeous red carpet looks and of course, world premiers of a few upcoming films too. This year, Bollywood sensation, the star of Gehraiyaan, and jury member, Deepika Padukone brought her A-game to the red carpet and fans cannot stop gushing over her!

Deepika surely challenged her inner Shanti Priya and gave us all the Om Shanti Om vibes. The color combination of black and gold, embellished with sequins and paired with a sleeveless blouse gave everyone a run for their money. The Ram Leela actress took it to her Instagram and said: ‘The sari is a story I will never stop telling. No matter where we are in the world, it has its place” …and I couldn’t agree more!
