Back To The 90’s: Na Baligh Afraad Trailer Drop Is A Chaotic Ride Into Teen Life In the 90’s When Everything That Can Go Wrong… Does! Let the chaos begin! The trailer drop of “Na Baligh Afraad” is here and it seems like a watch and a half.

Ever encountered Murphy’s Law onscreen? “When anything that can go wrong will go wrong.” Aha, the script writer got that one right when writing the Screenplay for the film.
Makers & Cast Of Na Baligh Afraad
Directed by the talented Nabeel Qureshi and produced by Fizza Ali Meerza and Nabeel Qureshi, Na Baligh Afraad boasts a star-studded cast that promises to deliver an unforgettable cinematic experience. The ensemble includes Aashir Wajahat, Samar Jafri, Aadi Adeal Amjad, Rimha Ahmed, Faiza Hasan, Mani, Ehteshamuddin, Salim Mairaj, Erfan Motiwala, and Arzu Fatima.
Storyline Of Na Baligh Afraad
Aashir Wajahat and Samar Abbas’s characters meet the curse of loadshedding in a run of bad luck coincidences that propel the story into a comedy of teenage errors. Oh, the curse of puberty has hit hard and the trailer peels back glimpses of a moment in time infused with laughable moments and a chance to revisit the 90s when life was tough for young people who are not adults yet, and then again, not children either. Nabeel Qureshi and Fizza Ali Meerza’s eid cinematic release attempts to step into the world of these troubled teens.
From VHS tapes to VCR woes, if you’ve been a teen in the 90’s or want to know what it was like in the days, this big screen Eid watch might be for the unversed or those who enjoy a thoroughly raucous throwback moment – multiple moments, in fact!
The cast does not fail to meet and greet expectations. After all, Filmwala Pictures has to keep up the name (and fame) … we spot Saleem Mairaj, Ehteshamuddin, and co. in entirely different avatars. Shout out to the makeup person who has worked to keep the 90s feel intact. The maulvi sahab scene in the end added a final hit on the trailer, signature style, and kept the laughter going right to the end!
Final Word
It’s good to see film makers experiment with Eid release genres, moving away from the family and wedding tropes to storylines that still hit the funny bone, but with a whole lot more punch and originality. “Na Baligh Afraad” aims to shift viewership from the 30’s something to the 20’s and younger. Can they do it?
Guess we have to wait for Eid to find out!
