Want to amp up your eye makeup and take things to the next level, but have no inspiration? We bring you the top eye makeup looks you can create this summer. They’re easy, quick and some of them you might just love instantly! So without any further ado, let’s start!
1. Softer, Pastel Colours
This look is super cute and goes with any outfit at any time of the day!
Method:
- Prime your eyelids and prep as you normally do.
- Take light but shimmery colours such as baby pink, golden, sky blue, whatever you prefer and apply.
- Take a clean brush and blend.
- Finish off with mascara!
2. Glossy & Glittery
This one is one of my favorites, though I haven’t tried it yet. It’s all over and I simply live the 90s vibe it radiates.
To get the look:
- Prep your eyelids.
- Apply a lavender or lilac shade eyeshadow onto your lids generously. From the inner corner to the outer.
- Apply iridescent glitter on top of your eyeshadow and top it off with a light coat of mascara and voila!
3. The Simple Eyeliner Is Back
Yes, that’s right. Some of you might still wear it but some have said bye bye to it. But now, it’s time to bring it back!
How to apply:
- Prep your eyelids.
- Apply skin-tone eyeshadow.
- With the eyeliner, make a thin line and give it a little wing. Remember not too much!
- Apply mascara generously and you’re done.
4. Keep It Golden
Ok, I’ve tried this one and I LOVE it, surely you will too.
To get the look:
- Prime your eyelids.
- Take a light shade of golden and apply it.
- Then, take a darker shade of golden and apply it right above your eyelashes and gently blend in an upward direction.
- Apply a light coat of mascara and you’re good to go.
This one is my go-to these days.
