5. Main Manto Nahi Hoon
It was leading the list for the past few weeks but has come down to fifth this week. From first to fifth, we’re enjoying the journey, though the other dramas were more entertaining.
4. Biryani
Again, a very strong script, but it disappointed us to a huge extent this week. It has come in at number four. Let’s see – maybe it will bounce back next week. Meeran and Nisa will surely impress us again, and Gul Mehar too. Honestly, this week our feelings are very mixed.
3. Jama Taqseem
Some episodes shine one week and feel slow the next. But the fun part is, no matter the pace, the conversations show so many different perspectives that it’s really engaging. You might not notice everything while watching, but later you realize, “Oh, this happened, and that happened too.” That’s exactly how it was this week. It felt a little slow, but a lot still happened, and the drama raised some important issues.
2. Case No. 9
The first two episodes have come out, and we think audiences are loving it. Reviewers and critics seem to agree. We really enjoyed it -each episode keeps us excited to see what happens next. Case No. 9 is very interesting, tackling an important topic, and it manages to be educational without feeling preachy.
1. Jinn Ki Shadi Unki Shadi
A real treat to watch! It’s a lot of fun and keeps us thoroughly entertained. Watching two episodes isn’t a drag at all – we actually enjoy it, because the first episode doesn’t satisfy us completely, and the second episode gives us that extra delight. The drama is really fun and funny, a comedy at heart, but at the same time, some very serious things are happening. We love that the story isn’t simple. Overall, we’re really enjoying Jinn Ki Shadi Unki Shadi.
