Habs is disappointing us much as it falls prey to an unnecessarily stretched story line, return of the ex-fiancée trying to win back Basit and a false pregnancy scheme.

What is Soha upto? Tub qadar nahin thee jub Basit saath tha. Now that he’s not available, she values him more and maybe wants him back? Ahh why did a refreshing story line like Habs have to fall prey to this typical and so predictable twist.
What happened to Ayesha? Maybe the writer/director forgot that Ayesha was an ambitious person who even won a medal. Now to see her with zero ambition, no motivation, sleeping late, aimlessly sipping a cup of tea is sad and disappointing. We have nothing against sleeping late and a cup of tea, but this was not Ayesha. The story progresses to reveal poor character growth for Ayesha. We were hoping she would continue her studies or pursue a career. But she is turning out to be a cliched example of how love just makes you lose all ambition.
Or maybe we’re missing something here and we hope Ayesha’s future plans will be revealed after the honeymoon euphoria dies down. On the other hand, are we being too harsh, maybe Ayesha just needs some time?
But then again, can someone please tell us, what is up with Ayesha’s attitude? Instead of dealing with events maturely by asking Basit directly about him and Soha, she chooses to act childishly and skip dinner till Basit holds her back. Why don’t these two talk to each other? And why would you not have dinner with your guests?
So Talal’s wife has left him and has taken the baby with him. Is that the window for Bano? We are confused as to the direction of the story line.
But just wondering, why couldn’t Talal’s mother allow her daughter in law to keep a maid and assist in the housework? Qudsia never gives up on her scheming and never learns her lesson. She has now put Zoya in an even a bigger problem. Sad to see Habs turn into a StarPlus drama. Zoya’s pretend pregnancy is the last scheme we wanted to see.
