Feroz Kadri has been impressing viewers with his recent performances. In 2023, he starred as Rayyan in Gumn with Tooba Siddiqui, and it was a hit! Besides Gumn and Dastak, he has worked on a few other projects, showcasing his versatility. Now, as Saif in Dastak, he plays a character who can be frustrating yet sometimes makes you feel for him. But whatever the role, Feroz Kadri’s performance always keeps viewers hooked!
Today, we have this rising star with us—let’s hear what he has to share!
Feroz Kadri On His Journey In The Industry So Far
When I came, I thought I can speak English, I’m educated. I look fine. I’ll get a job easily. But that’s not the case. It’s not like that.
Feroz Kadri
Feroz Kadri shared that his path in the industry wasn’t as easy as he once thought. He believed that being educated and well-presented would help him land roles effortlessly, but reality proved different. Nothing like this happened—every project he has done so far came through a proper process, with auditions and hard work. Nothing was simply given to him.
He had high hopes for Gumn, knowing it wouldn’t appeal to everyone, but he wanted the right people to notice his talent. That recognition eventually led to Dastak, a mainstream opportunity he had been waiting for. Now in his 30s, he acknowledges that some actors establish themselves much earlier, but he embraces his own journey. Whether he rises to the top or steps away one day, he is giving it his all, driven by passion, perseverance, and faith.
What Is Feroz Kadri’s Love Language?
It doesn’t depend on me. It depends on that person!
Feroz Kadri
When asked about his love language, Feroz Kadri shared that his perspective on love and relationships has evolved over the years. In his younger days, he believed that simply being a loyal and protective person was enough, without considering what the other person truly needed. Back then, he approached relationships with the mindset that he was bringing something valuable to the table, expecting that to be enough.
However, with time and experience, he has come to understand that love is not just about who he is but also about understanding the other person’s needs. Now, instead of imposing his own way of expressing affection, he believes in finding a middle ground—learning about his partner’s love language and adapting accordingly. While he still values loyalty and protection, he now focuses on mutual understanding rather than just expecting someone to accept him as he is.
Feroz Kadri On Losing His Mother: A Heartbreaking Yet Peaceful Goodbye
When the doctor told me that your mother has died, when he said that to me, I felt peace in my heart at that moment.
Feroz Kadri
Feroz Kadri opened up about the most painful moment of his life—losing his mother. He shared that despite having work opportunities at the time, he chose to stay by her side during her final days. Looking back, he couldn’t imagine the regret he would have felt if he had been away. On her last day, he was the only one with her in the hospital, holding her feet, feeling a deep sense of peace amidst the sorrow. He recalled the anxiety he felt just hours before her passing, desperately hoping for a miracle. But the moment the doctor told him she was gone, something unexpected happened—amidst the pain, he felt a strange sense of relief, believing it was a blessing that her suffering had ended.
