After actor Feroze Khan’s ex-wife Syeda Aliza accused him of domestic abuse and the medico-legal report and images of her bruised arms and eye were made public, a sea of supporters came out and spoke up against domestic violence, including multiple male celebrities. Aliza’s Claims Labelled ‘Fraudulent’
Labeling the evidence provided by Aliza as’ fraudulent’ and ‘forged’, Feroze’s lawyers have filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife for alleging ‘misleading’ the court by providing invalid paperwork and evidence regarding her domestic abuse allegations. Speaking about the documents that were made public, the actor’s lawyers think that they “do not stand for anything in Feroze’s legal battle against his ex-wife.”
While speaking to the press, one of the lawyers from his legal team urged celebrities who are calling out Feroze Khan to side with the ‘truth.’ He went on to state that there is freedom of expression but not freedom to judge, hence, they should not judge the actor without knowing the entire truth about the matter.
Aliza’s Brother Speaks Up
Aliza’s brother also spoke to the press and revealed that they did not intend to make Aliza’s evidence photos public but since they were in the court document, they had to be. He went on to state that they have a lot more photos and documents that they do not intend to put out.
Feroze Khan Serves His Ex-wife With A Show Cause Notice
This Tuesday, Feroze Khan submitted an application under Section 476 and 195(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and requested the court to issue a show cause notice to his ex-wife for making “false and fabrications.” His lawyer has claimed that Aliza’s application was not stamped nor did it have her CNIC number. It did not mention the date and time and was not signed by her, he added.
The lawyer, Faiq Ali Jagirani further stated that Aliza had falsely claimed that the application was signed by the SHO of the Darakhshan police station.
Feroze Khan Accused Of Not Paying Maintenance For His Children
In a recent development, Aliza’s lawyer, Qaim Shah revealed to the press that Feroze Khan has allegedly not paid any maintenance for his children in 2.5 months. “Since 2.5 months, the children haven’t received any maintenance. They have not gotten a single penny yet, and all expenses are borne by the mother,” he said.
Adding to that, due to Feroze Khan’s failure to present himself in court regarding the maintenance suit filed by his ex-wife, the latter’s lawyer claims that the judge has pushed the second hearing’s date back from 29th November to now 5th November.
