Hamza has us confused, Hala is traumatized by Shah Jehan, Roomi is in her own dream world. Here’s the Mere Humsafar latest episode review.

Array Hamza jee, so unfair! Khud to apni tareefain sun lee Hala sey and Hala kay baray mein 3 lufz nahin milay.
Though we love Hala-Hamza romantic moments but it is getting a bit tiring listening to the same recycled conversations between Hala and Hamza, and the same old schemes from Shah Jahan.
Hamza ‘s reaction to Khurram and Hala sitting together was so disappointing. If you really trust Hala then you should not have left, woh bhi moon buna ker. And if you were just upset about seeing Khurram there, you should have told the same to Hala. Grow up Hamza dear.
Hala getting ready for Hamza was the cutest moment, ruined by Khurram.
The drama highlights a very important point; how, if a person has been abused by someone since childhood, and if the abuser is powerful or perceived as controlling, it can be a lifelong trauma for the victim. Shah Jahan is doing exactly the same with Hala, mentally paralyzing her and causing her to go into panic mode, to the extent that Hala simply believes whatever she utters.
A well-meaning suggestion: therapy could have been shown here if this was the extent of damage and abuse that was going to be shown in Hala’a case.
Roomi has secretly married Waqas but why is she not telling her family now and asking Waqas to keep it a secret from his family as well? Now there is no way Shah Jahan can get her married forcefully.
A note of appreciation for a fabulous and impressive performance by Hira Khan as Roomi.
Sameen seems to have a soft corner for Khurram.
