MINESTRONE Soup with a secret ingredient – Comfort Food for the entire family!

Looking for some comforting soup recipes this winter … try our minestrone soup with a twist. It’s quick, easy and so delicious!
Ingredients:
Butter: 2 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic: 1/2 Tbp
Boneless Chicken: 250 gms
Chicken Stock: 2 Tbsp
Soya Sauce: 2 Tbsp
Carrots Chopped: 1/2 Cup
Capsicums Chopped: 1/2 Cup
Cabbage Chopped: 1/2 Cup
Mushrooms: 1/2 Cup
Green Olives: 1/2 Cup
Black Olives: 1/2 Cup
White Pepper: 1/2 Tbsp
Sugar: 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper: 1/2 Tbsp
Dried Oregano: 1/2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice: 2 Tbsp
Water: 2 Litres
Boiled Noodles: 1 Cup
Salt to taste
Method:
Melt the butter in a deep, heavy-bottomed pan. Then add in the chicken, garlic, capsicums, cabbage, carrots, olives and mushrooms. Mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Uncover and stir once more. Then add 2 litres water, soya sauce, black and white pepper, oregano, lemon juice and sugar. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
Add 1 cup boiled noodles and cover and simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
Pour out into a serving bowl and enjoy!
