How Muslim Abbas Got Into Tamasha
Muslim Abbas shared that he got into Tamasha after hearing that this year, commoners were getting a chance to audition. Being an avid Bigg Boss viewer for over 16 years, he had always loved the reality show format and dreamed of joining something similar in Pakistan. Earlier seasons of Tamasha featured only celebrities, and though he saw himself as a performer, he admitted he hadn’t done anything major back then. So, when Season 4 opened its doors to the public, he didn’t want to miss the chance. He rushed to a friend’s studio, recorded his audition, and sent it right away.
Just two days later, he received a call from the Tamasha team. They liked his audition and called him for an interview, where he went through several formalities. What followed was a long month of waiting, filled with overthinking. Then, just three days before the contestants were set to enter the house, he finally got the confirmation – his promo was scheduled, and he was officially part of Tamasha Season 4.
Muslim Abbas On Group Dynamics & Fair Play Inside The Tamasha House
Muslim Abbas opened up about the group dynamics inside the Tamasha house, saying that while two groups were formed early on, his group – which included Ovais and Maddy – was more open and welcoming. He explained that he often tried to interact with everyone, but didn’t always feel the same energy from the other side. According to him, some contestants, like Saif and Yaseen, mostly stayed within their circle, which made it difficult for others to approach them. Muslim said his own group, on the other hand, believed in having fun and including everyone who wanted to join.
As the show progressed and the number of contestants reduced, he felt that the atmosphere became more relaxed and people started mingling more. Muslim recalled moments where he tried to make peace with others – like forming a truce with Rida, who even saved him in one task. He also mentioned supporting Saif in several challenges, acknowledging when he was right, even if it went against his own friends. For Muslim, fairness mattered more than alliances. He summed it up by saying that he always gave space and respect to others, even when that openness wasn’t always returned.
Tamasha Aftermath: What Muslim Abbas Is Up To Now
Muslim Abbas revealed that exciting things are happening for him after Tamasha. He shared that he and Saif have been cast together in an upcoming drama, where the two “lions” will face off once again. Joining them in the project are Maddy, Malaika, and Omi – with a mix of central and supporting roles among the five. Muslim joked that this time, the audience will see that there was no real rivalry between him and Saif, as the two share a genuine bond and mutual respect.
He added that more opportunities are coming his way and expressed deep gratitude for everything that has happened since the show. Muslim said he believes that even though he didn’t win the Tamasha trophy, Allah has blessed him with rewards far greater than that – and he’s hopeful that even bigger things are yet to come. “Alhamdulillah,” he said, “I’m very happy and thankful for everything.”
