What Happened

Sajid Sadpara, the son of late Pakistani mountaineer Ali Sadpara, was on an expedition to Mount Everest when his health started deteriorating. According to reports, he suffered ‘cerebral edema’ due to a lack of oxygen supply to his brain. Sajid Sadpara along with a group of climbers was aiming to make a “new route” from Mount Everest’s Base Camp I to Camp II.
According to the Pakistan Embassy Nepal, Ali Sadpara was air rescued from the Mount Everest Base Camp yesterday. He was taken to a hospital in Kathmandu, Nepal, where he is currently under medical treatment.
Why Some People Are Furious On Twitter

A video clip is making rounds on Twitter in which fellow comrades are tying up Sajid Sadpara’s arms and legs. He was reportedly having hallucinations, however, no such news has been confirmed yet, and no official statement has been made regarding this matter either. Nonetheless, some people are furious and are finding this treatment “inhumane.” They are urging relevant authorities to take immediate action. Here is what people are saying.
