Haji Marjaan finally trusts Hikmet and decides to give him the authority in the Jirga. We loved how, even amidst all the turmoil, his main concern was saving Zarsangha and her izzat.
Zarghuna For The Win!
Zarghuna wins our heart with her un-conditional and un wavering support for Zarsangha. That’s the true meaning of family!
The drama seems to be moving towards highlighting a very important point… unfairness and Zulm can be perpetrated in many forms and ways – not just by way of rape, molestation and murder etc. Ghag is equivalent to rape, or forcing someone to do something against their will, without any concern for their consent. This crime should be as strictly and ruthlessly punishable as any other crime officially registered in the court of law. We believe Shehrezade and Zarghuna will drive this point home before the jirga and us, the viewers.
Loved how Shehrezade and Gulmeena attempted to seek support from other women in the village to fight for their cause.
What About Hilmand?
Will we be witnessing a tragic end to Hilmand and Shehrezade’s love story with Hilmand’s heart not able to absorb the dark truth about his parents? The need to discover the truth (and culprit behind his father’s murder) is totally driving him insane.
