Pakistani filmmaker and two-time Academy Award winner Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy will headline the opening night of the 2024 Tribeca Festival in New York City, with the world premiere of “Diane von Furstenberg: Woman In Charge”, co-directed by Sharmeen and Trish Dalton.
The documentary chronicles the life of iconic fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg, who redefined power dressing for women, and will feature interviews with Oprah Winfrey, Marc Jacobs, and Hillary Rodham Clinton to name a few. The documentary will also premiere on Hulu on June 25th , 2024.
