Fasten your seatbelts because one of Pakistan’s finest filmmakers, Shoaib Mansoor has announced his latest movie ‘Aasmaan Bolay Ga’ featuring Maya Ali & Emmad Irfani. Scroll down for more details!
The announcement was made via an Instagram post which didn’t reveal much but it has definitely managed to add to our excitement. Shoaib Mansoor’s previous films including Khuda Ke Liye, Bol, Verna & many more have successfully struck a chord in our hearts and we’re guessing Aasmaan Bolay Ga will be no different. His movies make you sit back, ponder & play with your emotions but we’re not complaining!
Aasmaan Bolay Ga has been in the works since 2020. The lead actress, Maya Ali marked her first day on the set with a heart-warming photo of her and Shoaib Mansoor. The heartfelt caption read, “First day on the set of #ABG🎞. Blessed to have gotten a chance to work with the great Shoaib Sahab✨”

This will be the first time we’ll be watching Maya Ali and Emmad Irfani together on-screen and we think it’s safe to say that we have our hopes up! We haven’t seen much of Emmad Irfani in films although his work on TV is widely loved and appreciated. Whereas Maya Ali was last seen in the drama serial Jo Bichar Gaye & film Parey Hut Love.
The rest of the cast is yet to be revealed, and so is the plot of the movie. Guess we’ll have to wait till the trailer release! Nonetheless, we are loving Pakistani cinema’s revival & hope it continues on this streak in the coming years.
