These Spicy Chicken Wraps will become a hot family favourite! We guarantee that once you make these wraps, you’ll be making them again, and again, and yet again, till you know the recipe by heart!
Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Wraps
4 pieces chicken breast
2 to 4 garlic cloves (minced)
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 red chilli padi (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Crushed black pepper
Oil
Tortillas or wraps
Onions (sliced)
Bell peppers (sliced)
Sour cream
Lettuce (sliced)
Method of Preparation
Marinate the chicken with garlic, paprika, Tabasco Sauce, chilli padi, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt and soy sauce.
Heat oil in a large pan. Saute the sliced onions with salt and crushed black pepper. When the onions start to change colour and soften, add the bell pepper. Saute for a few minutes and remove the onions and bell pepper.
Add more oil if required, and add the chicken to the pan. Cook on high heat, stirring occasionally until cooked. Add the balsamic vinegar and stir for two more minutes.
Finally, add the sautéed onions and bell pepper to the chicken and combine.

Serving Instructions
Heat wraps on a frying pan or tawa. Spread sour cream on the wraps, add chicken mixture and lettuce. Roll, and enjoy!
