Tere Bin: Absurd actions amass 8 million views & Meerab’s losing the war on sense & sensibility.

Are The 8 million views on last night’s episode only because of this scene? Or are these views reflective of a decline in our intelligence and cognitive abilities as an audience?
Join the club Naurez
If Meerab was not enough to depict absurd behaviour, Naurez joins the club. How can you agree to marry a girl just because someone claims she loves you deeply. When did Mariam, who is not allowed to step out of house other than college, see you? You are already engaged. You not just believed Haya, but you made a complete U Turn and want to know more about that girl. You developed feelings for her instantly just by listening to Haya’s sob story.
Meerab where’s your sense of sensibility?
We are mourning the brutal murder of all sensible parts in Meerab’s character. A guy carrying a ring around is proof of his pure intentions. Since when? And what about finding out a little more about him, about his background, and doing some research. If we remember correctly, you were going to become a lawyer.
More absurdity
The worst was Haya pretending to be Maa Begum and speaking to Sabra over the phone. I guess it will take a long time for us to recover from these eccentricities. We were watching Haya talk on the phone and our brain cells just died. Adios to making sense of what a character is doing. And Maa begum napping on the sofa in the lounge? Khandani rukh rukhao ko kiya huwa ab?
The Pakistani version of… you guessed it!
The only saving grace of the drama was this blanket scene between Meerab and Murtasim. Though it was an exact replica of the scenes we have seen in Indian dramas, we still watched the Meerab-Murtasim version of it just for Wahaj and Yumna.
Absolutely agree.
Absurd story line. And absurd behaviour not just by meerub. Even murtasim.
What level of idiot would sleep day after day on a short sofa without being disgusted with the behaviour of his wife. What level of mean is it on the part of the girl and just how is such behaviour worthy of love. Yelling that this is all a reaction to the trauma… give me a break.
And Haya’s character…. Unnecessary and beyond absurd.
I left watching this and started watching Mere Humnasheen. A great change. Even inspite of some absurdities without which our directors just can’t exist, it was refreshing after tere bin.
This drama is now boring the audience like an indian soap…
I’m not a regular viewer I just watch ’em occasionally, and whenever I watch a Pakistani serial I just get perplexed… What sort of the cultural depiction is being on airing these days? I’ve never ever seen such rubbish in real life so who the hell these dramas are representing?? And why any drama can’t be a drama with love triangles? Either a girl or a boy is always shown doing things which never meet any human standards at all. And why men in dramas are always at home??? Don’t they do jobs??
Well writers and producers plzzzzz start airing something worth seeing… Stop broadcasting rubbish,we do have very good writers who can produce very amazing pieces of art ..
