Season 6 will be the final royal chapter for The Crown! And here’s when it’s releasing…

It seems the new season of the globally acclaimed historical, Netflix show is almost here! Season 6 will be the show’s very last season but a sense of solace for the fans can be driven from the fact that it will be divided into 2 parts. Part One of season 6 will include first four episodes being released on 16th November and the second and final part with 6 episodes, will release December 14th.
The final season of “The Crown,” will star Staunton as Queen Elizabeth, Elizabeth Debicki as Princess Diana, Ed McVey as Prince William, Luther Ford as Prince Harry, Meg Bellamy as Kate Middleton, Jonathan Pryce as Prince Phillip, Dominic West as Prince Charles and Olivia Williams as Camilla Parker-Bowles.
For those still living under the rock because who hasn’t heard of the crown, guys? Anyways, if you really haven’t, the crown is inspired by real events and is a fictional dramatisation essaying the story of Queen Elizabeth II and the political and personal events that shaped her reign. Many over the years have spoken about how apart from all the royal fascination, duty, protocols and intrigue, the show helped humanize the British Royal Family.
Peak Into The Season 6 Trailer
The trailer seems to be paying an ode to the journey of the Queen, the very symbol of permanence in royalty. How in becoming the crown itself, she lost her natural self. The show sheds light on her sacrifices, her devotion to duty, her family, the controversies and the life she put aside. In the trailer just released, features Imelda Staunton’s Queen Elizabeth II walking past images of Claire Foy and Olivia Colman as the younger versions of the Queen in a nod to the series’ decades-spanning journey.
Fans of the show are impatiently looking forward to the final season, the trailer for which is giving goosebumps already. Audiences have loved the cast, the writing, the costumes, the sets, and the music which has been deemed all perfect! The episodes have been the perfect hit of nostalgia sending shivers down spines with the moments that have gown down in history.
What The Final Season Will Focus On
The final season is set to encapsulate about 26 years (From Diana’s death to Queen Elizabeth’s death to King Charles’s reign into the show) Creator, Peter Morgan’s historical drama will essay the events from the late 90’s to the early 2000’s. Sources say, the show will also depict the tragic event of Princess Diana’s death with a deliberate sensitivity.
In the final six episodes from part 2, the show will focus on Queen Elizabeth II (Staunton) reflecting on her reign as she looked ahead to a time when her son will take the throne. You can even expect the wedding of Prince Charles and Camilla as well as blossoming relationship of Prince William and Kate Middleton while they both were students at the University of St. Andrews.
