Dananeer (‘pawri ho rahi hai’ girl) and Zara – two Pakistani girls are making waves. So why’s Twitter divided?

She received so much love and appreciation for her achievement and making Pakistan proud internationally. Here’s what Twitter had to say

Dananeer is a blogger and an influencer, who became an overnight sensation after her ‘pawri horahi hai’ video went viral. Since then, ‘#pawrihorihai” has become a super trending hashtag in Pakistan.
Pakistani’s and people all over the world including celebrities & politicians have made their own editions of it. Some have even come up with their own versions.
Okay, so what’s all the fuss about?
Well, Twitterati are comparing the two and debating that if a content creator can get so much recognition, then why can’t Zara? They raise the question: ‘Where do Pakistan’s priorities lie?’

While Dananeer is a content creator, it’s her job to make videos for her audience. Zara’s passion and focus are her studies. Both have made a name for themselves internationally and have made Pakistan proud.
Why can’t we accept their respective achievements and support them further, instead of creating unhealthy competition, needlessly pitting them against each other and dividing the community?
