Dayan has been doing great, judging by the views on YouTube. Haven’t caught up yet? Here’s a quick story rundown for you!

Dayan follows the story of Nihaal, a young woman from a poor family, played by Mehwish Hayat. She falls in love with Hunain (played by Osama Tahir), the younger son of an influential feudal family. Despite their different backgrounds, Hunain genuinely cares for Nihaal. However, her father is abusive toward both her and her mother.
Hunain’s family is filled with political tension, power struggles, and conspiracies. He is the younger brother of Zawar Shah (played by Ahsan Khan), who is married to Shabab (played by Hira Mani). Zawar and Shabab are happily married, but Shabab is devastated by her inability to conceive. Although Zawar never pressures her, the pain of not being able to bear a child haunts her.
Nihaal’s home life is abusive – her father is physically and emotionally violent toward both her and her mother. When he discovers Nihaal’s relationship with Hunain, he becomes enraged. During an altercation at Nihaal’s house, her father pushes Hunain, who suffers a head injury and later dies. Zawar Shah and his family have Nihaal’s father arrested for the incident.
Desperate to get him out of prison, Nihaal and her mother plead for his release. Shabab sees an opportunity and suggests to Zawar that Nihaal’s father be forgiven in exchange for Nihaal marrying Zawar, solely to bear a child. The plan is for Zawar to divorce her afterward.
What they Did To Nihaal & How She Came Back
Zawar agrees and marries Nihaal. Although she is treated cruelly by Zawar’s family, Zawar himself starts showing her kindness. Nihaal becomes pregnant, and Zawar promises her that she will not be separated from her child and can raise the baby in the same household.
However, after Nihaal gives birth to a baby boy, Zawar go back on his word. The family throw Nihaal out of the house and keep the baby from her. Heartbroken, Nihaal returns to beg for her child, reminding Zawar of his promise. Instead of compassion, Zawar asks his sisters and their husbands to “handle” her.
What follows is brutal – Zawar’s sisters and their husbands beat Nihaal savagely, assuming she is dead, and leave her at a graveyard.
Nihaal is rescued by Dr. Naved, a plastic surgeon, and his wife. After hearing her story, they help her recover and perform plastic surgery to repair the damage caused by the attack. With a new face and identity, Nihaal becomes Misha.
Now, Misha returns to Zawar Shah’s home as a nanny for her own son. No one recognizes her, and thus begins her quest for revenge against every single person who played a part in her attempted murder and her suffering.
Misha has begun her revenge, taking down her wrongdoers one by one. We’ll bring you all the latest in Part 2. Until then, stay tuned!
