Aqeel shared that when they were inside the house, the contestants didn’t know what was happening outside because they were so involved in the game. There was no desire to think about the outside world or family, as it could lead to emotions that would affect gameplay. He gained an understanding of the success he had achieved after coming out of Tamasha when he saw the internet buzzing. He recalled how during the finale, all the contestants were saying, “You are the one, you are the winner,” which left him wondering how they could say this and what he had done.
Aqeel reflected on the hard work over 64 days and the emotional toll, which at times felt overwhelming. However, the joy upon coming out number one was immense, and he never lost hope, receiving such significant success. He believed that if people appreciated the effort, it was essential to work harder for them and entertain them. This motivation led him to recharge and get back into the game.

Aqeel shared that he always prayed during his time in the house, asking Allah for fame with respect and love, wishing that nothing negative would happen to him. Upon coming out, he was amazed by the number of calls he received, especially from family. He mentioned getting calls from the mothers of contestants who were with him. Many of them invited him to dinner, saying, “We voted for you.”
He expressed how happy he felt when family members of all ages appreciated him. He recounted meeting an uncle at a mall, who shared that he enjoyed the show. He also mentioned Agha Talal, noting that his mother invited him to her home for dinner, saying:
Beta, you know what your victory is? You stayed for 65 days, and you didn’t use any words that needed a beep.

Aqeel felt delighted that someone had monitored the show so closely. He acknowledged that if anything inappropriate had been said, it would have made him feel awkward.
