Get ready for some marriage mayhem because Zahid Ahmed is back on your screens! In his upcoming drama-comedy 101 Talaqain, Zahid plays Rustom Kavasji, a divorce lawyer who claims to decode the cracks in marriages.

The trailer kicks off with a lighthearted tone as Zahid’s character points out that relationships can bring both joy and sorrow. But as the couples start sharing their problems with each other, the mood shifts to a more serious tone. “All women become the same after marriage,” one lamented. “Men and women fight as if they belong to different species,” another complains.
But don’t worry, Rustom Kavasji is here to bring some levity to the situation. He reminds us that doubt can weaken even the strongest of relationships, and that marriage is bound to become toxic for one if not both after some time.
And just when you think things are getting too serious, Zahid drops a hilarious line that will have you laughing out loud. “Sab kehdetay hein qabool hai kyun kay kon hai itna azad jo kehday kay mujhay qabool nahi hai? The trailer ends with Zahid Ahmed asking”Where does the third person come from who persuades a couple to drift apart?” It’s a moment that perfectly blends the fun and serious elements of the show.
Produced by Auj Productions in association with Multiverse Entertainment, the upcoming series is directed and written by Omer Ikram. The show stars Zahid Ahmed along with Navin Waqar, Anoushay Abbasi, Usama Khan, Zubab Rana, Faris Khalid, Yasir Nawaz & Sana Askari.
Green Entertainment is an upcoming Pakistani channel, to be launched on Eid Ul Fitr, producing original content and is Pakistan’s first National representation in the entertainment industry. The test transmission will begin in April for the consumers.
