The drama scenes that impressed us this week certainly deserve a look-back. So join us before next week’s episodes as we revisit the scenes that made it to this week’s top 10.

1. Jama Taqseem
Shahida and Rafiq Ahmed taking a walk in the park, manifesting couple goals was a great message for grandparents and couples to seek out quality time with each other, and invest in their health and relationship at every stage in life.
“Zindagi mein jama nahi, taqseem karna bhi seekhein. Taqseem karenge toh jama khud-ba-khud ho jaayega.” Dada’s dialogues revealed his journey over the course of the series, and how this clarity has helped him bring his family together with love and wisdom, in a happier place.

When Sidra told both Faysal and Zeeshan that she is enough on her own, that she doesn’t need someone’s support or redemption to move ahead in life, that she can carry her burdens with grace and courage, it was a meesage to all young girls, their parents and society that women can achieve and overcome the toughest challenges in life and keep going on. That marriage and the support of a male chaperone is not the only way out. For many young girls, Sidra represents an uplifting message of hope and independent thought. A great message from Jama Taqseem.

2. Pamaal
The scene when Malika and Raza spend their final moments together – a calm, serene backdrop spoke volumes for what was to come. The silence was broken with Malika’s painful sobs when she realized the truth and the finality of it all – Raza was gone and her world came crashing down in a moment that moved audiences to tears. Both Usman Mukhtar and Saba Qamar enacted the scene beautifully and one couldn’t help but feel deeply for both these characters, an intense scene captured with great sensitivity.

The scene when Malika breaks down in the car all alone was a rare moment we witnessed in the drama that Mailka allowed herself to cry and give expression to her inner pain and suffering as she dealt with the reality of Raza’s illness. The scene brought home Malika’s tormented emotions that she wasn’t able to express when she was with Raza because she had to appear so strong, and Saba Qamar delivered a powerful performance once again.

Geeti and Raza’s conversation moved audiences to tears. As Raza contemplates his imminent demise, Geeti offers him consolation by reminding him that he is lucky that Allah has given him time to set his affairs straight in this life, and also, that he should try to live life fully everyday till he is alive. It was a heartbreaking conversation, one that was certainly hard to watch and yet, brought home the emotional trauma of persons who have to deal with the diagnosis of a terminal disease.

3. Kafeel
The scene that stayed with us throughout the episode was the poetic narration in the beginning. The voiceover set a mood to the drama, nostalgic, vintage and romantic at the same time. The narration instantly set the story apart as intense, emotional and perhaps, carrying a hint of tragedy. Sanam Saeed as Zeba carried a strong screen presence and these first few moments were powerful enough to have viewers invested in the storyline.

Abdullah Khan as Usman and Sanam Saeed as Zeba deliverd a super relatable scene here as the brother-Kirsister duo proceeded to forage for food in the kitchen, tasting, and nibbling on whatever was cooking, just as siblings do the moment they return home from college or school – a scene that had us smiling with its sheer relatability factor.

4. Case No. 9
Kiran shivering with anxiety and horror as she turned on the taped records to finally discover what transpired inside her house when she wasn’t there. This was final proof that Kamran had been lying to her all along. The scene was fraught with tension as Kiran searched for and finally found the tapes at Kamran’s house and then took them home and had her father set them up for her till she finally witnessed the truth with her own eyes. A fitting climax to a story that swings like a pendulum, at times in Kamran’s favour and then Seher’s. Kiran will posibbly cast the final die now.

5. SharPasand
Fida and Sanam are serving couple goals as they switch from serious, tender moments to teasing each other and showing us how real couples can express themselves unfiltered, hold heart-to-heart conversations, argue, fight but then make up again. Sanam wanting to adopt a child for Fida’s sake and Fida reminding her that she had taught him they are enough on their own was a quiet reminder of how couples can overcome a tough challenge together in life as long as they communicate and listen to each other.

When Sanam tells Fida to stay away from Farasat there was a quiet warning there that we hope Fida recognized. But the scene made us smile as Sanam proceeded to imitate Farasat in a comical manner and one has to appreciate the natural flow of the dialogue and conversation here as it kept us entertained almost as if these were real-life characters in a real-life scene. Well played both!

Waiting for one more? Then here goes…
Bonus scene, though we have something to say about the conversation here, catch the scene in all its glory below.
6. Meri Zindagi Hai Tu
The scene between Ayra and Kamyar was pure magic – a simple conversation that felt intensely romantic and deeply meaningful. Kamyar falling to his knees perfectly captured his remorse, while Ayra stood tall, letting her anger be heard before moving closer to him. The subtle shot of his knees and her feet stepping forward was such a soft, beautiful visual of their mutual consent. When Ayra finally sat down, Kamyar followed, showing equality and forgiveness. It wasn’t just a conversation; it was a beautifully crafted sequence that reflected the emotional journey they’ve been on, capturing their changing dynamics in just a few moments.
