1. Ek Jhooti Kahani Featuring Mohib Mirza & Zara Noor Abbas
Mohib Mirza plays the only brother in a house full of five loud and lively sisters. To bring some peace to his crazy home, he comes up with a fun and jhoota idea – he asks Zara Noor Abbas to pretend to be his wife. At first, it seems like a harmless lie, but things quickly spin out of control. The fake story leads to lots of funny situations, confusion, and unexpected drama.
Even though it’s full of jokes and fun moments, the drama also shows the ups and downs of living in a big family. You’ll see arguments, laughter, and love all at once. With strong performances and a light, enjoyable story, Ek Jhooti Kahani is perfect if you’re looking for something funny but still meaningful.

2. Meri Uraan Starring Syed Shahroz Sabzwari & Anika Zulfikar
Meri Uraan (telefilm) follows the story of Roha (played by Anika Zulfikar), a smart and independent young woman who dares to dream big. Unlike many girls around her, Roha wants to start her own construction company – a field mostly run by men. But chasing such a big dream isn’t easy. The biggest hurdles don’t come from strangers, but from her own family, who hold on to old beliefs about what girls should or shouldn’t do.
Even though Roha lives in an era when women are making their mark everywhere, she still has to face pressure to stay quiet and follow tradition. The drama shows her emotional struggle as she tries to prove that daughters can be just as strong, capable, and ambitious as sons. Meri Uraan is a story of courage, determination, and standing up for your dreams – even when the people closest to you don’t understand them.
Meri Uraan is written by Zanjabeel Asim Shah and directed by Shehrazade Sheikh and Muskaan Kadwani. The drama is produced by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi under the banner of 7th Sky Entertainment. But just when she starts to rise, instead of being praised for her talent, she hears the heartbreaking line: “You’re only here because you’re a girl.” That one sentence shakes her world, showing how even success doesn’t protect women from judgment and disrespect.
The drama tackles the serious issue of workplace harassment and gender bias. It highlights how women are often made to feel small or questioned, no matter how hard they work. With strong performances by Feroz Kadri and Mirza Gohar Rasheed, Goonj isn’t just a story – it’s a call for respect, fairness, and change. It reminds us how important it is to support and believe in women chasing their dreams.
