Something thanda, of course! And this time, it’s kulfi to the rescue. Here are 3 easy-peasy, quick kulfi recipes from 3 different infuencers you can try at home!

Kulfi has a vast range, and it’s a mix of everything — from malai kulfi to khoya kulfi to rabri kulfi — there’s a variety of options to choose from. Kulfi also comes in a lot of flavours, like mango, chocolate, pistachio, and more, so chocolate lovers won’t feel left out. And with this scorching sun on our heads, we were scrolling through Instagram to find the best and quickest kulfi recipes, and here’s what we found: 3 kulfi recipes you can try at home!
1. Malai Kulfi By Bake With Zoha
Bake With Zoha — we all know her. Recently, she collaborated with Crumbl Cookies and came up with a limited-edition flavour, Cinnamon Cookie Roll, and it was a hit, hit! Now, she has just dropped a 3-ingredient malai kulfi.
2 packs of chilled heavy cream, one pack of sweetened condensed milk, bread, and a tsp of cardamom powder. Bring all of these together, transfer into a mould, and freeze for a few hours until it’s fully frozen and set. Pop it out, garnish with some nuts, and enjoy!
2. Mango Kulfi By Asha Maharana
Mango kulfi by Asha Maharana, just at the right time as mangoes are about to hit the market, so you can definitely save this one!
Take 1/2 cup almonds, 1/2 cup cashews, 1/4 cup pistachios, and 1/2 cup mishri. Blend them together. Add 1 cup milk powder, 8–10 strands of saffron, 4–5 cardamom pods, 1 cup fresh cream, 1 cup milk, and 1 mango. Blend everything together, pour into moulds, freeze, and then enjoy with a mango syrup on top!
3. Classic Caramel Kulfi By Monty & Andrea
Blend 2 cans of cream, 1 can of condensed milk, 1/2 can of caramel cream (optional), 1 packet of sweet bread, and 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder. Pour it into a mould and freeze. Then enjoy it with dried berries on top or rose syrup.
Kulfi has three essential ingredients — cream, cardamom, and condensed milk — so don’t forget to stock up on them. You’ll probably end up making it almost daily; we just know it for some reason! Let’s beat the heat this summer the desi way!
