Review For Week Ending: 17th April
Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani has yet again astounded the audience with back to back surprises. However, the viewers were disappointed when Shaurya and Anokhi’s Holi was disrupted by none other than Shaurya’s ex fiance. And we cannot help but agree with the audience!
We got to see both Shaurya and Anokhi acknowledging to themselves how they felt about one another. The entire week’s episodes were filled with cute, adorable awww moments!. We loved how Anokhi took a stand for Shaurya at the police station and how Shaurya put his ego aside and apologized to the ACP just to spend his Holi with Anokhi- and yes it does get more endearing when we get to see Shaurya and Anokhi at the Holi together.
Unfortunately, these fun moments do not last! We get to see the re-entry of Shaurya’s ex fiance, Shagun Kapoor who returns from Cambridge and puts aside her dream of getting a PhD to be with a man who loves her no more! YES! It was as bizarre to watch as it sounds.
Despite the show trying to bring a positive message and highlighting the importance of women empowerment, the team gave in to the pressure for high TRPs and added the tarka of creating a love triangle by bringing in the evil vamp who would go to any extent to win the man who was never hers.
In spite of all the adorable interactions we get to see of PS and doctor Bhala, it is disappointing to see how an ambitious woman packs up everything for a man she broke her engagement with just so that she could pursue her career!
As viewers we expect the makers to continue to bring about a positive message which along with entertainment, also enlightens audiences and brings about a positive change.
We cannot miss the fact that our love birds are going on their first date and just like the audience we cannot be more excited!
We certainly cannot thank the makers enough for not dragging the story line!
And of course how can we miss the humor element?
The moment we all have been waiting for!
We cannot agree more – especially after seeing the teaser for the next episode!
Nevertheless, we are are keenly waiting for the next episode! We cannot wait for Shaurya to propose to Anokhi and catch the story for our two love birds!
